I may be completely wrong here but I believe breathing is only affected in cargo, NOT the cabin. If breathing at high altitudes on a plane was an issue, do you know how many people on medication would have a problem??
I wouldn't fly again without giving Cooper a sedative, but I know it's a fairly controversial topic. Some dogs just have no issue flying. Maybe since an alternative will either work or not, and there's really no back up plan, then I suppose there's no reason to test it!
Where are the flights to and from?
