I don't know, I may be crazy. It seems crazy. She vomited ALL of the food she ate today so if it's the food expanding, how could it be when I'm pretty sure everything she ate is vomited? But her belly is VERY TIGHT.

What else could cause these symptoms? I'm up for suggestions. She's never been like this. She's 2.5 years old.
If her gums are white she needs to go to the emergency vet. That is a sign of distress and is an emergency
