Bloat is most commonly a concern with large breeds. Sounds like she just has an upset stomach. I really don't think it's bloat. But that's just my opinion. I've personally NEVER heard of a little dog experiencing it. Offer a tiny amount of food or plain cooked chicken. If she's drinking water and her appetite returns then I would think she's just fine and has an upset tummy.
Actually years ago a yorkie on here died from it so small dogs can get it too but I agree I dont think thats what this is because of the vomiting
