1. Her tummy is taut
2. Shallow breathing
3. Her gums are not red like usual. It's quite white
4. Drank excessively
5. Very weak
I base the symptoms on this guide:

I don't know, I may be crazy. It seems crazy. She vomited ALL of the food she ate today so if it's the food expanding, how could it be when I'm pretty sure everything she ate is vomited? But her belly is VERY TIGHT.
What else could cause these symptoms? I'm up for suggestions. She's never been like this. She's 2.5 years old.
