Default searching for help with vomiting

Pippin had an episode about 6 months ago with vomiting with blood in it. The vet did blood work and medication, and Pippin was better by the second day. He put him on Hills ID and he only gets some veggies as treats. The vet did not think it was pancreatitis.

Three months later he had another episode. He gave him the antibiotics, and in a couple of days Pippin was better.

It has been a little over two months and it happened again last Sunday. He vomited quite a bit the first day. The second day with medication he only threw up small amounts, kind of a pinkish foam.

I've researched on YT again and read about probiotics. I got some from the vet yesterday. Last night about 3 o'clock he threw up a couple of times, just bile.

Back to the vet today and he switched him to Amoxi drops, kept him on metronidazole, and gave me liquid metocloparmide to give when he throws up.
He hasn't been lethargic the past few days, but a half hour ago he got off the bed and I heard him throw up again. It was yellow bile. I hurried and gave him the metoclopramide. He's sleeping like a lamb right now, and I'm wide awake trying to figure out what I can do next.

I don't know if I should try a different food. The vet tells me he sees lots of dogs that have sensitive stomachs, but I think there has to be something I can do to prevent this from happening. He's just 3 years old and I've never had a young dog be sick like this. Any suggestions on what you would do next?
