Yeah, great advice from everyone. First day he'll be drugged up and semi-miserable, and after that he'll want to go, go, go. Follow your vet's advice and keep him as mellow as possible, and you'll be fine. If there's any danger of him getting too rambunctious around the house, consider setting up an xpen to keep him from overdoing it.
