 Breeder naming protocol?
Can anybody tell me if there is some etiquette for naming puppies from AKC-registered breeders? I notice on a lot of breeders sites that dogs have "formal" names that are three or four words long, and a short "pet" name. Does the breeder choose the names? Or the buyer?
I've been scouring the AKC site for information today but haven't seen any "AKC for Dummies" there. |
