What were the kidney levels?
If they are way out of range and the vet suspects kidneys, then she needs to see a nephrologist. Otherwise, she needs to be bile acids tested. If that is normal (or in the process of getting results), the owner should take pup to an internal medicine specialist and/or a neurologist. it's not something that can wait.
