Yes, they are registered in Canada. I believe that the first ones that the CKC registered were AKC registered previously. They are not in the show ring in Canada as our breed standard is the same as the AKC standard. There is no DQ in our standard yet but it is being reviewed by the Canadian Yorkshire Terrier Club.
