I would not recommend the back pack or front pack for jogging with your baby- it would hurt her for sure- too much shaking. I live in NYC and have a stroller that folds flat an can be EASILY stored- they even have jogging strollers- I have taken Keoki and he is great on a jog- I would get a stroller for the safety of your pup
