What if you tried sleeping with her on a leash. When I spend the night at my mom's house or my best friend's house, I have to hold on to the leash to make sure he doesn't bark at or chase the cats. When he's moving around on the other end of the leash, I wake up, even though I'm a pretty deep sleeper too. That might make you wake up enough to take her to potty. Also, maybe you could take away her food and water an hour or two before bed, so she won't have to potty in the middle of the night. I hope you find something that works. It will be so sad for both of you sleeping apart after getting used to sleeping together.
