 Pancreatitis
My little yorkie was diagnosed with pancreatitis. Now another vet is not so sure she has that. About every 3-4 months she gets diahhera with vomiting (yellow bile). Any suggestions on what I should feed her? What has others found to help their dogs with pancreatitis? |
