No I've never used rubber bands in her hair. I usually don't have her hair get that long unless it's winter time where I'll let it stay somewhat long for longer periods. She ended up stopping her "episode" about 20 minutes after 5am. She was fine all day...ate with no problems, drank water, did all her business...no issues. She was her normal self so I'm not sure what it was all about this morning.
