Yes, I use the Conair Interplak rechargeable toothbrush. It has a small head and doesn't make much noise, I use it with poultry flavored toothpaste and I feel like I can do a much better job then with a manual toothbrush. It's less than twenty dollars and they sell it at Target. Here's a picture:
