Years ago when we first moved into this house my on the first night we were here my husband jumped up in the middle of the night and ran after someone down the hallway. The next day he told me that there was a very large man standing next to the bed. This was not the same person.
I totally believe in ghosts and have no doubt that you saw something too. There are a lot of threads on YT with people who have seen things too.
