I don't know if there are "big sister" shirts for dogs. You can try a plain white baby onesie undershirt and just iron on the letters. That might be an idea.
Good luck to you you must be so excited. I have 4 skin kids and was so excited with each of them. I don't know how you are keeping this as a secret. I would be busting!!
