Im in southern NH about 40 miles inland and felt nothing of Earl, barely any rain or wind at all. woohoo I took the day off last week because I thought traffic would be nuts to get home from work at 5pm when they said Earl was going to hit. I felt bad for all those vacationers who put off going north until saturday and then sat in seriously bad traffic most of their ride up north. I could not believe the traffic on major highways going north at noontime on saturday. It was terrible. Glad I was going south!
