Great ideas everyone! Thank you. I plan to try them all and see what works for us. For those of you who use parm cheese on their string beans, does your baby not lick it off? Regarding the bacon, do you fry the bacon first, then saute the beans in a tiny bit of the drippings? (I'm getting hungry!!)
