It is funny, they are in their own imaginary world!
Although walks and exercise do help, with mine it only helps for a little while. I don't know where all of the energy comes from!
Mine had a case of the zoomies last night around midnight -- on the couch. I was sitting on one end, so she didn't have all that much room. She went into a frenzy in that small space and never left the couch.
