To keep this thread on track:

I got my first Yorkie (Penni) back in the 80's, a very short time later (maybe a month) we got another female Yorkie (Tuppence). Initially Penni wouldn't have anything to do with Tuppence. How dare we bring "that thing" into her domain. LOL - but they soon made friends and played well together etc. But we had them spayed, so that may have had something to do with it.
The Lhasa's we had were two females and a male. never had a problem with them fighting or anything and they weren't fixed.
The rescue dachsies we had were mostly females, and no problems there either, and they were spayed.
Now, Lil Bit (our oldest Yorkie) and Ginger, the last rescue dachsie we had used to get into spats often - and they were both spayed. The spats didn't last long though.
