 Black specks on body
Oh boy! Teddy has black specks around his body. They are mostly around his belly area..underarm area and lower back. Does anyone know what this can be? I am sure it is not because of fleas..He also hasn't been itchy and is very clean..I'm pretty sure it's not dirt |
