I do hope her puppy in the long run will be ok, it's way too early to know that. I'm not sure if she thought we would be happy to hear the puppy was sick or what, doesn't make any sense really.

It's one of those "I know better than everyone else, so there" (with tongue sticking out) posts. I do hope her dog is fine and beats the odds. I also hope that anyone else who reads this thread will at least think about what they are doing and perhaps make a more informed and better choice because of it.

But I've also spent enough time hanging around this site before I joined and since, to know that if and when this dog gets sick the members here will be the first to step up and offer help, no matter where it came from.
