[F]Hi. I am addicted to this site but don't think I've posted before. Haven't felt I was knowledgable enough about a subject to contribute anything. But I have found something that works well for me in this situation. I buy a roll of carpet protector from Lowe's or Home Depot. It's like a big 2 1/2 foot wide roll of scotch tape. Costs around $15. It sticks to the carpet, wipes up easily- I even mop it! It's the stuff construction workers or movers use to protect flooring. I put down a number of rows and it stays in place for the duration of puppies' time with us. Then just pull it off and throw it away.[/FONT] |
