My little girl Emma had her first litter of 5 puppies 10 days ago and I need some ideas on floor coverings. I have a plastic storage box lined with towels for the pups that is inside a fenced doggie playpen. I have been lining the floor with wee pads for mommy to potty on but I have to replace them a lot so I'm really going through them and they're not cheap. I have to cover the entire area because it's carpet underneath. Unfortunately I have no tiled area I can move them to. I was hoping some one has some good ideas on how to protect the carpet in a more affordable way. Thanks for the input!!
