Bridget and I would like to thank Moka and Shelly for giving Bridget the most wonderful first GE experience. Where do I begin to thank someone who has given so much in not only items - but obviously her time. Bridgets package came Friday and it was totally unexpected. Shelly and Moka had made a donation to the Yorkie Resue in Bridgets name. When we listed that on our sign-up sheet - we really thought that if someone would do that - it would be all we would expect and be totally happy with that. Well - the package from the Rescue came with some "goodies" for Bridget saying a donation had been made - that totally made my day and cosidered Bridgets SB had gotten her what she asked for. Then came the Himalayan Chews - and we thought - Wow this person is so thoughtful - we couldn't wait to see who our SB was to be able to thank them both. We followed the threads and tried to elimate one by one. Then Friday the most unexpected package showed up on my porch, with Bridget Beautiful written on it! Yet another gift from Bridgets SB. Of course - I cried like a baby to know that someone would be so generous, and the tears continued even after the last gift was opened. Even today I'm still blown away by Shelly's thoughtfulness.
The box contained several packages - all wrapped beautifully in tissue paper with a polka-dot ribbon around them attached with a paw-print card.
These packages contained:
A beautiful blanket which Bridget just loves
Several toys: A pink squeak flamingo with wonderful long legs, a stretchy Kong toy, two braided toys that match her blanket and an alligator that has squeak eggs inside.
Treats that included bully sticks, a Texas Toothpick (which is Bridget new favorite treat), and some Fruitables (also a new favorite)
The cutest shirt/nightie that has "Barktoria's Secret" on the back and the most feminine rosebud dress with matching bow and lead.
A Madan pin brush and comb set (which is not Bridgets favorite - but it is mine...lol)
A plastic container with her name on it for her bows with bows already in it
A plastic "bone" shaped container for all her treats
The most beautiful basket with her name on it - trimmed with pink ribbon with brown poka-dots. This beautiful basket has a Yorkie charm hanging from the front.
Some "Potty Bags" (one can never have too many of those)
omg - I hope I listed everything.
Shelly also sent to me:
The best picture of Bridget ever! Something she decorated herself - it is so special - it is sitting on my mantel!
and a great coffee cup filled with single packets of coffee. This great little mug even came with a little spoon and the handle has a slot for it to slide into. The bottom has a rubber covering so it is like a coaster!
I hope I've remembered everything - as I was trying to put things together in some sort of order - Bridget was having the time of her life just dragging things all over the place - she had so much fun.
I did make a smile box to show everything - so come see all the wonderful things Shelly and Moka did to make Bridgets first GE so amazing!
Thank you Shelly and Moka for making my little one feel so special and loved - Bridget sends lots of "wet Yorkie Kisses" to you both and she wants Moka to know that she love her secret buddy very much and is glad to have a new friend!
