I was never really clear exactly what the investigation was about, except that it concerned a friend of Ann's being responsible for the mix-up (Ann's words), and Maltese that didn't DNA properly. Even though it had nothing to do with her yorkies, she could not register AKC until after every thing was cleared up. I have to say I respect Ann, bc she was honest with me and did return my deposit.
I do wonder though if the parti pup incident took place more recently? For a YTCA breeder there seems to be some re-occurring problems for her with AKC |
I do know this litter was born 2-25-2007 which would have been a little over 3 years ago.
The pups DNA'ed correctly to the mom Hylan's Darling Diva and the dad CH Hylan Acres Ridin' The Storm where was no mix up to one of Ann's Maltese.
Otherwise AKC would not have registered the litter.
