I had a lot of telephone conversations as well as e-mails with Beamer's breeder. I kept all the e-mails in my "Beamer" file. This is from one of them:
"As for his pedigree I will give you a copy of both parents so you will have them... and no... I am not going to register him because I am letting him go as a pet.... I only let my yorkies go with papers if they are going to be shown.... you only need papers to show or breed and he is a sweet little pet.... "
So, his breeder hadn't registered him.
