We have never had fleas until my crew picked up fleas from the little stray we kept here a few weeks ago but I got rid of them with this routine:
Bathed all 3 of them in Palmolive dishsoap...the green, original one...and picked off all the fleas I could see.
I then spritzed them with essential oils I got from my vet once they were dry.
I washed all of their beds, blankets and rugs and then spritzed them with the essential oils.
We sprayed the yard with Vet's Best Natural formula flea and tick spray...it hooks to the end of the hose and smells like cloves.
We had to bathe each of the dogs twice but the fleas are gone and my babies are happy and itch free once again
