I'm getting the same thing, admin ran a check w/google and they confirmed that there is no malware on the site. The message confirms no problems within 90 days, but I suspect that the problem may emanate from some of the 3rd party ads that run above and below. I would suspect that as long as your antivirus is running and up to date and you don't click on any of the ads you should be okay. Also be sure to erase any cookies when you leave the site that way if any of those ads are embedding spyware it should eliminate those.
