Is he having normal poops? Some diet changes can cause anal gland problems. Adding green beans (I use frozen and almost liquefy in the blender) will add fiber (helps AGs) and may curb his want for grass. Also you can offer chicken baby food for a few days (Gerber stage 2)... good for giving pills too. Sometimes I'll give 2 teaspoons of baby food, wait 15 min or so to see if it stays down. If it does, then offer some chicken and rice (ratio 1:1) . The BF can stimulate the appetite.

Vomiting within 30 minutes of taking a antibiotic is usually the AB not sitting well with that individual dog... plan the doses so you can keep him in for an hour after dosing, to be sure he keeps the meds down. If he vomits within 30 minutes of getting the AB, call your vet, they will give him a different AB.

Keeping a diary with foods, meds, and times, and vomiting, bowel movements can help figure things out.
