It sounds to me as if he was sick to his stomach before he was seen and diagnosed with an ear infection and infected anal glands.
The fact that he was eating grass immediately tells me it is not the meds. His tummy is upset.
Can you call your vet? I would be concerned since he is vomiting that he might dehydrate. Check his gums...make sure they are wet to the touch. If they are dry and tacky feeling, he is dehydrating.
My vet recommends Pepcid for upset tummies, but not when there is vomiting. (You might want to ask your vet about that for future reference for upset stomach. ) |
