The bad breath would either be from the baby teeth or from coprophagio. The coat smell is probably from your pup licking itself. If the breath smells and they lick, the coat will smell. Used to happen with Ellie all the time...
The Nutro should be changed immediately, but I doubt that is where the smell is coming from. If your pup is >6 months old, then it may be a good time to get the teeth pulled.
