Does anyone have advise they could share, it seems like its going to be a long road of harsh medications. And he may only live weeks or months, there is a chance he can live a long normal live (I'm praying for that option).

I believe that LadyJane may be able to give you information for a GME support group - I think (and I'm not 100% sure) that GME is a form of NE.... If that is the case, the protocol developed by Dr. Allen Sisson of the MSPCA Angell-Memorial Hospital in Boston is often followed. I don't know what that is but I have read about it here.
