well mine have always liked to brush their teeth. I use Virbac C.E.T. Vanilla Mint toothpaste and they love the taste.
You are smart to try to get her to brush her teeth. My Barney is 10 and he's got the smile of a puppy and has never needed a cleaning nor does he have any tartar on his teeth....all because of good home care. And I don't brush their teeth every day - more like 2-3x a week but I do a thorough job and they eat many natural foods to help clean their teeth.
It is just about consistency - use your finger and play games with her until she fully accepts it. I always follow up tooth brushing with something FANTASTIC - like a yummie cookie or a treat. They know it is coming and they wait for it.
