Keoki wears a breakaway collar ( cat collar) with a tag with his name and my number at all times and when I walk him he wears a puppia harness that also has a tag attached to it. I do not alone rely on the microchip. When he was a baby I used the Sense-ation harness
Dog Harness, Dog Training Supplies | Sense-ible and Sense-ation Dog Harness because he would not want to walk on a leash but when he started walking properly- at around one year old I switched to the Puppia. Good luck!
