Just because a dog is AKC doesn't mean they are pure breed, there are some that are not ethical and slide under this.
AKC doesn't require DNA on Dams, I wish they would, but they don't. Only on the Studs used 3 times a year or 7 time a lifetime.
I really wish they would DNA everything.
