That would be my thought as well.
Also how unprofessional of them. There are far better ways to handle this and what if I as a parent call the school to say my child is in hospital and that his sibling did not get his homework done because of that. Or some other real concern like bullying and there is no push number 10 for that. I would hit the roof and there would not be swear words used but I would be looking for someones job. Like the principle for his lack of judgment as he is not able to control his staff he or she is not able to lead my child.
Lastly how immature of a group of adults to vote that they thought that was ok to have on a school phone can we say peer pressure.
