I'm sorry but when I think about this it makes me sick- just a few weeks ago some people left their Maltese in a van while they had a picnic- it was so hot here- the dog died in the van- the man was arrested and charged with animal cruelty. What is wrong with people? I would definitely call 911 if I saw anything like that- NY does not put up with it. Recently I was walking down the street here on a hot summers day and these people thought it was funny that their dogs feet were burning- I yelled " EXCUSE ME YOUR DOGS FEET ARE BURNING" they said" I know" and i said well do something or should i take your shoes off and make you walk barefoot- VERY LOUDLY- I'm sorry but I will always speak up for my furry friends- no matter what
People don't realize dogs get heatstroke- very easily.
