Everyone knows how hot & humid it gets in S.E. Texas even in early spring. Imagine what a dumba$$ owner faced at our Spring Bark when it was announced that a Lab was locked up in a pickup...yup,police were called,animal control was already there with a booth. The truck was surrounded by very angry rescue people. The Lab spent time in the cool-down pool and got more Frosty paws than he could eat and the idiot left in handcuffs
