PYTC has a standard for their club (I assume) as do several other clubs that promote Partis. However, there is no set standard for Partis that is recognized by AKC or the parent club for Yorkshire Terriers. I guess it's a matter of how one chooses to perceive it, but I consider a "Parent Club" to be the one that has presented a standard that has been accepted and used by AKC....so if that is your definition, then there is no "parent club" for Partis. I guess the club's standard is the one used by the venues that allow Partis to be shown? Not sure....I'm sure someone else here will know the answer to that one.
