actually , he isnt. He would be AMHR size. AMHR takes horses up to 38". But there registrie is closed i think. Or it would cost an arm and leg to reg.him . WCMHR is still open they take upto 38" also. I was only like 15 dollars back in dec. to reg. a horse. Cant be much more now.
