hi; if she likes the canned food; then feed her that. there's nothing wrong with feeding wet food only; if that's what she wants to eat then at least she will eat that. its better than not eating anything. also i believe they prefer wet because it's easily digested and more hydrated. the dry food is harder to digest and very dry; so they will need to drink more water to get hydrated. my dog was getting dehydrated very often; i don't feed any more dry food at all.
also you can use solid gold green tripe to entice the apetite; just use about a teaspoon.
