I use a clear plastic tote also. Easy for mom to get into and out of and I drill a hole in it for the metal coil for the heating pad (puppy one). I also have the higher ones that I use for an ICU set up. I love them due to being portable, see through, and very easy clean up.
They do sell them on Ebay but they tend to be pricey. Good luck in your search.
