Wow. I've not encountered that yet and I'm really hoping I don't have to. I not from NYC, I'm a Southern Belle, but I can SURE as a fire cracker go off.. Down here "Bless your heart" really means "Go F**K Yourself." Then, you smile and continue on your way.
