My BF's been doing it for a while now, and he's in phase 3 I think.
He said that it is easier if you start with lean version.
recovery drink helps a lot and also good protein source( I mix organic hemp protein powder in his recovery drink) I blend fruit & veggie every morning in addition to the P90X diet suggestion as well and it helped him as well. ( try stick to organic diet)
