This stuff happens all the time. We just don't hear about most of it. The only reason we now know about this heinous act...is these two were extra sick to video tape it. And then actually post it on the Internet. We can only hope it backfires on them...and they get brought to justice because of it.

Something tells me this was not just a case of teenagers being cruel. I have a gut feeling this was their usual way of "ridding" themselves of a litter of unwanted pups. Those pups looked to be no older the 3 weeks of age. I wonder how many other litters ended up in that river in the past few years?
