I agree about the "re-crate-training." Does the baby sleep in your room? Do you think she might be scared/anxious/jealous (some other feeling word) and that's why she's not ringing those bells? Just an idea, not too sure but crating her at night would probably help. Good luck!!
Also, how does your pup get along with your baby? Does she seem protective, territorial, or disinterested? Someone with more experience with this could probably give better advice than me lol.
