I did call this office, it's Dr. Hornbuckle. The last time I looked during an emergency she wasn't there, so thanks.
I also called my vet at home. He seemed to be ok with it. We're going to watch her through the night and keep her hydrated with pedialyte and take her in in the morning.
She's some better, Bill put her down on the floor and she walked to a pillow to lay down, that is the first time she's walked since this incident.
I'm going to keep offering her the pedialyte every 20 minutes or so. I don't want her to have to go through IV treatment if I can help it.
Thanks to all of you. I'm not going to sleep tonight. I just can't.
