Yes, new people do have to start somewhere but it should be - by doing it the right way - not by capitalizing on someone else's hard work. Not because you have the money to buy it.

Doing it the right way is finding a breeder who you like and respect. Work with/for them. Learn as much as you can and then perhaps they'll work with you on a "show prospect" - but I'm sure most will not just hand you a Championed dog!

Yes, this is my opinion, and I'm not always right but I do believe that there are some unwritten rules that we all must honor.

What you say is correct. Obtaining dogs was difficult say maybe 10 years ago, however people obtaining lines via the backdoor has caused breeders to clamp down on their lines.
