I would be happy to address any of your concerns regarding the products and the company. I am not here as a salesman but instead to provide information as there is a lot of misrepresentation of our products on the internet including how DogFoodAnalysis.com represents our products which I will address.
Beyond comparing ingredients, one of the biggest differences in our food (and products) vs. any product that may appear to be comparable is that it is delivered directly to your door from our warehouses. This eliminates any mishandling from third party wholesalers and retailers.
Why is direct delivery so important? Our top distributor used to work for another top holistic pet food company that sold through the regular wholesaler / retail channel and he did well at it. He once sold out of all his stock and went to the nearest distributor to buy some from him. This guy was storing the food in a non climate controlled semi trailer for up to a year in Michigan's extreme heat and cold. The nutritional integrity of this food would have been severely jepordized. If you only compare ingredients you miss out on this important factor in food quality.
We also make our food in small batches and keep a sample of every batch. Because we deliver direct to the customer, we have every customers contact information on file as well as their order history. SHould we ever have an issue with any batch (been in business 11 years and never had a recall) then we can contact every person immediately who received product from that batch?
